A woman attending last year's B96 Summer Bash is suing after R&B star Akon dove into the audience, causing a crowd surge that injured her.
In the lawsuit, Holly Duncan claims after Akon's dive, a female concertgoer fell backwards onto her and her sister.
The suit, filed today in Cook County Circuit Court, names WBBM-FM Radio, Toyota Park.
And its operator Andell Sports and Entertainment Group, Monterrey Security and the village of Bridgeview as defendants, claiming all were negligent in preventing the conditions that led to Duncan's injuries.Akon was not named as a defendant.The suit seeks unspecified damages.
